Very much doubt it. There are Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL and Soccer in one country, all are pretty strong and entrenched. The Pacific islands where those giants live also have the rugby’s as their national sports and will not look at American football.
The negative with football is that its a slow sport taking hours to play, its a stop start sport, its not a full contact sport (plenty of protections), and that its expensive (because of the protection).

That’s a pretty good question. I know they have gridiron leagues, but I think it will be a lot of years before they have what you are asking about. There are too many people over there that still don’t like American football. It’s picking up in popularity, though.

yeah i would say over time austraila already has gridiron leagues i play for 1 in nsw and one of my teams mates actually got picked to play for australia with a tour through europe so it is international gridiron is rising fast in australia

no i dont think so, i dont mind the sport but it is barely known here, the poplulation isnt enough here to start cheering on another sport with all those other sports in australia like rugby union, rugby league, afl, soccer etc
